White Oak Capital reduces stake in Garware Technical Fibres

White Oak Capital Management Consultants LLP (WO Capital) announced a disposal of 2,263,903 shares in Garware Technical Fibres Limited on November 11, 2025. This transaction reduced WO Capital's total holding to 2,123,647 shares, representing 2.14% of the company’s paid-up share capital. This move follows a previous disclosure on March 10, 2021, when WO Capital held 1,065,635 shares, equivalent to 5.09%.

The disposal was conducted through an open market transaction. The change in holding is primarily attributed to various funds and SMAs managed or advised by WO Capital. Following a business transfer agreement on April 1, 2024, the revised threshold for WO Capital after the transfer of PMS business stood at 4.42%.

The company’s equity share capital remains at 9,92,65,845 equity shares, each with a face value of INR 10. The shares of Garware Technical Fibres Limited are listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and the Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd.
