Updater Services promoter increases stake to 24.06%

Raghunandana Tangirala, a promoter of Updater Services Limited, acquired 16,000 equity shares of the company on November 13, 2025. This transaction was disclosed in accordance with SEBI regulations and conducted via the open market.

Following this acquisition, Mr. Tangirala's shareholding in Updater Services Limited increased by 0.0239% of the paid-up share capital. His total holding now stands at 24.0624%, up from the previously reported 24.0385%.

The total equity share capital of Updater Services Limited remains Rs. 66,95,32,410/-, divided into 6,69,53,241 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, both before and after the acquisition. The disclosure was submitted to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
