Swan Energy reports H1 FY25 profit increase, new company secretary

Swan Energy Limited’s Board of Directors met on November 14, 2025, to approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. Consolidated total income for the half-year ended September 30, 2025, rose to INR 2,45,743.43 lakh, with a net profit after tax of INR 2,113.54 lakh. Standalone total income for the same period reached INR 13,227.35 lakh, resulting in a net profit after tax of INR 1,332.75 lakh.

Mr. Saptarshi Ganguly has been appointed as the company secretary and compliance officer, effective November 14, 2025. This appointment follows the resignation of Mr. Bhushan Kishor Joshi from the same role, effective at the close of business on November 14, 2025. Mr. Ganguly brings 20 years of experience in secretarial and legal functions in listed entities.

The company continues to operate in multiple segments, including Textile, Energy, Construction/Others, Distribution & Development, Warehousing, Manufacturing, and Shipyard.
