SRM Contractors targets ₹900 crore revenue in FY26, expands footprint

SRM Contractors reported a strong performance for the second quarter and first half of FY26. Revenue from operations reached ₹192 crore in Q2 FY26, with an EBITDA of ₹29 crore (15.49% margin) and PAT of ₹19 crore. For H1 FY26, revenue stood at ₹334 crore, EBITDA at ₹51 crore (15.48% margin), and PAT at ₹32 crore, driven by improved execution. The company's order book as of September 2025 stands at ₹1,552.65 crore.

Looking ahead, SRM Contractors is confident in achieving a top-line revenue of approximately ₹900 crore in FY26, targeting an EBITDA margin of around 20% and a PAT margin of 10%+. The company aims for new order inflows of nearly ₹1,000 crore in FY26, having already secured ₹330 crore. Capex for H1 FY26 was ₹48 crore, with a projected total of ₹70 crore for FY26.

Strategic initiatives include diversification into Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) projects, expanding their footprint across India’s markets, and leveraging the recent 51% stake acquisition in Maccaferri Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. to enhance capabilities in geotechnical and environmental solutions. SRM Contractors also aims to consolidate its presence in core infrastructure states and further develop its expertise in tunnels, bridges, and hill roads.
