Satia Industries: Half-year profit dips sharply amid revenue decline

Satia Industries reported a profit before tax of ₹567.04 Lakhs for the half-year ended September 30, 2025, a significant decrease from ₹7,060.23 Lakhs in the corresponding period of 2024. For the most recent quarter, the company recorded a loss before tax of ₹(2,511.99) Lakhs, compared to a profit of ₹125.20 Lakhs in the same quarter last year.

Total income for the half-year stood at ₹69,771.52 Lakhs, down from ₹74,542.41 Lakhs in the previous year. Revenue from operations for the half-year reached ₹68,204.68 Lakhs. Basic earnings per share for the half-year were ₹0.71, a decrease from ₹6.34 in the prior year.

The board of directors approved these unaudited financial results in a meeting held on November 14, 2025. These results were also reviewed by the audit committee, and a limited review was carried out by the auditors.
