R&B Denims board approves Q2 and half-year financial results

R&B Denims Limited's board of directors convened on Friday, November 14, 2025, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, along with the limited review report. The company also confirmed that no investor complaints were pending at the beginning or end of the quarter.

The standalone unaudited financial results show total income of INR 6,376.75 lakhs for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, and INR 13,802.10 lakhs for the half year ended September 30, 2025. Profit before tax for the quarter was INR 642.66 lakhs, with profit for the period at INR 460.33 lakhs.

The consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, show a total income of INR 11,555.66 lakhs, and for the half year ended September 30, 2025, it was INR 22,411.16 lakhs. Consolidated profit for the period was INR 713.04 lakhs for the quarter and INR 1,535.54 lakhs for the half year ended September 30, 2025. During the current year, the company ceased reporting solar and wind energy activities as separate segments, as they now solely support the core textile business by reducing power costs.
