RACL Geartech reports strong Q2, H1 financial performance

RACL Geartech Limited announced a significant increase in its standalone revenue for Q2 FY25-26, reaching INR 122.84 crore. This represents a 16.20% year-on-year growth compared to Q2 FY24-25 revenue of INR 105.71 crore. Exports contributed 72% of the sales segment, while domestic sales accounted for 28%.

Profitability also saw substantial improvement, with EBITDA for Q2 FY25-26 rising to INR 29.79 crore, a 33.76% increase from INR 22.27 crore in Q2 FY24-25. Profit Before Tax (PBT) demonstrated an even more impressive surge of 138.96%, climbing to INR 16.13 crore in Q2 FY25-26 from INR 6.75 crore in the prior year's comparable quarter.

For the half-yearly period of FY25-26, total sales reached INR 230.8 crore, a 9.11% increase over H1 FY24-25 sales of INR 211.51 crore. Half-yearly EBITDA grew by 26.66% to INR 56.6 crore, and PBT soared by 80.36% to INR 27.38 crore. Net Cash Generated from Operations in H1 FY25-26 was INR 29.87 crore, a 50.78% increase from H1 FY24-25.
