Promoter releases pledge on Lloyds Metals shares

Thriveni Earthmovers Private Limited (TEMPL), a promoter of Lloyds Metals and Energy Limited, disclosed the release of a pledge on 2,200,000 equity shares of the target company. This represents 0.42% of the paid-up share capital of Lloyds Metals and Energy Limited. The release, effective November 4, 2025, was made from YES Bank Limited, the original pledgee.

The original pledge was established through an Unattested Pledge Agreement dated March 27, 2025, between TEMPL and YES Bank Limited. Following this release, TEMPL’s post-event holding of encumbered shares in Lloyds Metals and Energy Limited stands at 41,407,921 equity shares, or 7.84% of the total share capital.

The disclosure was made on November 13, 2025, in compliance with Regulation 31(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover) Regulations, 2011.
