Praveg secures infrastructure augmentation contract in Gujarat

Praveg Limited announced today that it received a Letter of Award on November 14, 2025, from the Tourism Corporation of Gujarat Limited. The contract, valued at INR 2,68,47,800, involves augmenting infrastructure facilities at existing shops, developing a studio kitchen, and constructing a theme pavilion at the maze garden in SoU, Kevadia, Gujarat.

The contract includes a 31-day period for augmenting infrastructure at existing shops and a 15-day requirement for the Rashtriya Ekta Diwas 2025 at SOU. This "Event work order (One time)" falls under Event Contracting and was awarded by a domestic entity, Tourism Corporation of Gujarat Limited.

Praveg Limited confirmed that the order does not involve any promoter, promoter group, or group company interest in the awarding entity, nor does it constitute a related party transaction. The company's compliance officer, Mukesh Chaudhary, signed off on the announcement.
