Omaxe reports half-year losses of ₹352.19 crores

Omaxe Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. On a standalone basis, the total income for the half year stood at ₹206.40 crores, with a net loss after tax of ₹(86.32) crores. Basic earnings per share for the half year were ₹(4.72).

For the consolidated results, Omaxe reported a total income of ₹644.39 crores for the half year ended September 30, 2025. The consolidated net loss after tax was ₹(352.19) crores, with basic earnings per share at ₹(19.27).

The company's board of directors reviewed and approved these results on November 14, 2025. The financial results include those of 144 group companies and one associate company, with two non-material subsidiary companies not consolidated. The board also noted a stay on SEBI's July 30, 2024 order and dismissed Income Tax demands from 2014-15 to 2022-23 without provision, in the management's opinion, as not impacting the financial statements.
