New World Fund sells stake in PB Fintech

New World Fund, Inc. has reduced its holding in PB Fintech Ltd. by selling 9,214,138 shares through open market transactions on November 12, 2025. This sale represents a 2.0952% decrease in their ownership, both in terms of total share/voting capital and total diluted share/voting capital.

Prior to this transaction, New World Fund, Inc. held 22,795,194 shares, equating to a 5.0521% stake in PB Fintech. Following the sale, their holding stands at 13,581,056 shares, representing 2.9569% of the total voting capital.

PB Fintech's equity share capital before the sale was 451,203,464, increasing to 459,307,364 after the transaction. The total diluted share/voting capital of the company is now 459,307,364.
