Morganite Crucible limited fully divests stake in India unit

Morganite Crucible Limited, along with its Person Acting in Concert (PAC), Morgan Terrassen B.V., has divested its entire shareholding in Morganite Crucible (India) Limited. The off-market sale, executed on November 12, 2025, involved 2,156,000 equity shares, representing 38.50% of the target company's total voting capital. This transaction means Morganite Crucible Limited and Morgan Terrassen B.V. are no longer promoters of Morganite Crucible (India) Limited.

Prior to the sale, Morganite Crucible Limited held 2,156,000 shares (38.50%), and Morgan Terrassen B.V. held 2,044,000 shares (36.50%), combining for a total of 4,200,000 shares, or 75% of the voting capital. Following the sale, both entities now hold 0% of the equity shares, effectively exiting their positions.
