Morgan Terrassen B.V. boosts stake in Foseco India via preferential allotment

Morgan Terrassen B.V. has acquired 560,056 equity shares in Foseco India Limited, representing 7.43% of the target company's total diluted share/voting capital. This acquisition was made through a preferential allotment on November 12, 2025, increasing Morgan Terrassen B.V.'s total holding to 1,150,800 shares, or 15.27% of Foseco India Limited's equity.

Additionally, Morganite Crucible Limited, acting in concert with Morgan Terrassen B.V., was allotted 590,744 equity shares, constituting 7.84% of Foseco India's total diluted share/voting capital.

Following these allotments, Foseco India Limited's equity share capital increased from INR 63,864,590 to INR 75,372,590, comprising 7,537,259 equity shares of INR 10 each. The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
