Hubtown reports September 2025 quarter unaudited financial results

Hubtown Limited announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. These results were published in the Free Press Journal and Navshakti on November 14, 2025. The submission was made pursuant to Regulation 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015.

For the standalone results, total income from operations for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, stood at INR 10,265.80 lakhs. Profit for the period (before tax, exceptional and/or extraordinary items) was INR 3,933.00 lakhs, while profit for the period (after tax, exceptional and/or extraordinary items) was INR 2,930.00 lakhs. Earnings per share (basic and diluted) for the quarter were INR 0.18.

On a consolidated basis, Hubtown reported total income from operations of INR 10,265.80 lakhs for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The consolidated profit for the period (before tax, exceptional and/or extraordinary items) was INR 3,933.00 lakhs, and profit for the period (after tax, exceptional and/or extraordinary items) reached INR 2,930.00 lakhs. Consolidated earnings per share (basic and diluted) for the quarter were also INR 0.18.
