HDFC Mutual Fund cuts KNR Constructions stake to 5.45%

HDFC Asset Management Company Limited reported a sale of 1,000,000 shares of KNR Constructions Limited through its HDFC Mid Cap Fund on November 11, 2025. This transaction, executed via the open market, led to a decrease in HDFC Mutual Fund's aggregate holding in KNR Constructions.

Following the sale, HDFC Mutual Fund's total holding in KNR Constructions Limited now stands at 5.45% of the company's paid-up equity share capital. This represents 15,318,169 shares, based on a total paid-up equity capital of Rs. 56,24,69,200, comprising 28,12,34,600 equity shares of Rs. 2 each. The shareholding decreased by 0.36% from the previous holding, and by 2.16% from the last reporting.

Prior to the acquisition/sale, HDFC Mutual Fund held 16,318,169 shares, representing 5.80% of the total share/voting capital. The initial disclosure on June 14, 2011, reported a 7.61% holding based on a capital of Rs. 28,12,34,600, which then became 0.76% based on the latest capital of Rs. 56,24,69,200.
