Dreamfolks Services reports Q2 2025 results, acquires stake in hospitality firm

Dreamfolks Services Limited reported unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, with profit after tax reaching INR 121.79 million and total income at INR 2,097.05 million. For the half-year, standalone profit after tax was INR 343.63 million on a total income of INR 5,612.95 million. Consolidated results showed a profit after tax of INR 112.27 million for the quarter and INR 324.97 million for the half-year.

The company's board of directors, at a meeting on November 14, 2025, approved these unaudited financial results. The reports from S. S. Kothari Mehta & Co. LLP indicated basic earnings per equity share of INR 2.29 for the quarter and INR 6.45 for the half-year on a standalone basis.

In other news, the board approved the re-appointment of M/s. Wadhwa & Co. as the internal auditor for the financial year 2025-26. The company also announced the acquisition of a 50.01% partnership stake in Ten 11 Hospitality LLP for INR 11.46 crore, aiming to strengthen its railway lounge service operations. It also noted the discontinuation of its domestic airport lounge services, which is expected to materially impact revenue, though global lounge services continue uninterrupted.
