Confidence Petroleum sees strong revenue and profit growth in first half

For the half-year ended September 30, 2025, Confidence Petroleum India Limited reported consolidated revenue from operations of INR 20,95 crore, an increase from INR 15,23.69 crore in the previous year. Consolidated profit before tax for the half-year stood at INR 54.73 crore, up from INR 46.13 crore, and consolidated profit for the period was INR 40.86 crore, compared to INR 37.19 crore in the prior year. Basic earnings per share for the half-year improved to INR 1.22 from INR 1.08.

The company's standalone performance also showed positive trends, with revenue from operations reaching INR 21,55.05 crore for the half-year, compared to INR 14,81.86 crore previously. Standalone profit before tax for the half-year was INR 52.32 crore, increasing from INR 42.18 crore, and standalone profit for the period rose to INR 39.04 crore from INR 33.79 crore. Standalone basic earnings per share increased to INR 1.17 from INR 1.06.

The board of directors approved these unaudited financial results at their meeting on November 14, 2025. The company also disclosed the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary, Confidence Green Energy Private Limited, on July 16, 2025.
