Carborundum Universal: Two entities reclassified from promoter group

Carborundum Universal Limited (CUMI) announced on November 14, 2025, that the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and BSE Limited (BSE) have granted no-objection for the reclassification of M/s. Coromandel Engineering Company Limited (CECL) and M/s. Yanmar Coromandel Agrisolutions Private Limited (YCAS) from the 'promoter group' category. This reclassification was requested by the entities themselves.

The approvals were issued by NSE and BSE, both dated November 14, 2025. This action is in accordance with Regulation 31A (8) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
