Business Match Services unpledges Centrum Capital shares

Business Match Services (India) Private Limited has announced the release of a pledge involving 1,166,667 equity shares of Centrum Capital Limited, effective November 10, 2025. This transaction was reported to the stock exchanges as per Regulation 31(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.

Prior to the release, Business Match Services held 134,499,041 shares, representing 29.27% of Centrum Capital's total share capital, with 79,464,500 shares (17.29%) previously encumbered. The unpledging of shares, attributed to a "part repayment of loan," has reduced the total encumbered shares to 78,297,833, now representing 17.04% of the total share capital.

The shares were originally pledged in favor of Lloyds Metals and Energy Limited. The current disclosure marks a decrease of 0.25% in the percentage of total share capital that is encumbered following the release.
