Bosch Home Comfort India Limited reported a consolidated loss of INR 399.6 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, compared to a profit of INR 152.5 million in the preceding quarter. Exceptional items significantly impacted profitability, with expenses amounting to INR 132.7 million for the half-year, including severance pay and a one-time retention bonus post-acquisition. Additionally, a fire incident at a warehouse resulted in an estimated inventory loss of INR 311.0 million and a GST credit reversal of INR 95.7 million, although the company anticipates recovery through insurance.

Total expenses for the quarter reached INR 4,589.5 million, with material costs at INR 1,617.9 million and employee benefits at INR 534.5 million. The company's total assets as of September 30, 2025, were INR 12,064.2 million, and total equity stood at INR 4,773.1 million.
