Axis Mutual Fund trims stake in Torrent Power

Axis Mutual Fund schemes disposed of 0.11% of Torrent Power Ltd's equity shares on November 12, 2025, bringing their total holding down to 3.06%. This transaction involved the sale of 564,876 shares through an open market sale. The pre-disposal holding by Axis Mutual Fund schemes was 3.17%, amounting to 16,008,130 shares.

The sale of shares was part of ordinary course investment activities by Axis Mutual Fund schemes. Specifically, 398,575 equity shares (0.08%) were disposed of by Axis ELSS Tax Saver Fund, and 166,301 equity shares (0.03%) by Axis Focused Fund.
