Yatra Online reports Q2 and H1 2025 financial results

Yatra Online Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The publication appeared in the Financial Express (English) and Navshakti (Marathi) on November 13, 2025, in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI regulations.

For the quarter ended September 30, 2025, Yatra Online reported total income of INR 1,489.04 million and a net loss of INR 15.71 million. Basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter were INR (0.24).
