Wipro grants restricted stock units to employees

Wipro Limited has granted a total of 39,415 restricted stock units to its identified employees and those of its subsidiary. The grant comprises 18,727 ADS restricted stock units and 20,688 restricted stock units, issued under the company's Employee Stock Options, Performance Stock Unit, and Restricted Stock Unit Scheme 2024.

The grant became effective on November 12, 2025. The vesting schedule for these units will be in accordance with the approval from the nomination and remuneration committee of the board, which will also approve the period over which employees can exercise these units. The announcement was made to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on November 13, 2025, and signed by M Sanaulla Khan, company secretary.
