Voith Paper Fabrics India appoints Deepak Behl as new company secretary

Voith Paper Fabrics India Limited has appointed Deepak Behl as its new company secretary and compliance officer, effective December 3, 2025. This decision follows a recommendation by the nomination and remuneration committee and subsequent approval by the company's board of directors during a meeting on November 13, 2025.

Mr. Behl is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with 10 years of post-qualification experience. His expertise includes compliance with corporate laws and SEBI Listing Regulations 2015.

Concurrently, the incumbent company secretary and compliance officer, C.S. Gugliani, will cease to hold the position as of December 3, 2025. The company shared this update with BSE Limited, ensuring compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
