Updater Services promoter boosts stake in company

Raghunandana Tangirala, a promoter of Updater Services Limited, acquired 5,000 equity shares of the company on November 12, 2025, through an open market transaction. This acquisition falls under disclosure requirements of SEBI regulations.

Following this transaction, Tangirala's shareholding in Updater Services increased by 0.0075% of the paid-up share capital. This raised their total holding from 24.0310% (1,60,89,579 shares) to 24.0385% (1,60,94,579 shares). The total equity share capital of the company remains at INR 66,95,32,410, divided into 6,69,53,241 equity shares of INR 10 each.

The disclosure was made to both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, where Updater Services' shares are listed.
