Swelect Energy Systems reports growth in Q2 revenue and profit

For the quarter ended September 30, 2025, Swelect Energy Systems reported a standalone total income of INR 10,344.24 lakhs, up from INR 7,643.76 lakhs in the previous quarter. Standalone profit before tax for the quarter increased to INR 887.38 lakhs from INR 504.68 lakhs. For the six months ended September 30, 2025, standalone total income reached INR 16,018.89 lakhs, with profit before tax at INR 1,392.06 lakhs.

On a consolidated basis, the company achieved a total income of INR 14,737.30 lakhs for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, compared to INR 18,884.29 lakhs in the prior quarter. Consolidated profit before tax stood at INR 2,090.86 lakhs for the quarter, and INR 4,875.81 lakhs for the six months ending September 30, 2025.

The unaudited financial results were reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the board of directors on November 13, 2025. The statutory auditors, Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, have issued an unmodified review report for both periods.
