SRM Contractors reports strong Q2 and H1 2025 results

SRM Contractors Limited has reported its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. On a standalone basis, the company achieved a total income of INR 33,743.44 lakhs for the half year, with a profit after tax of INR 3,250.33 lakhs. Basic and diluted earnings per share for the half year stood at INR 14.17. The board meeting to approve these results concluded at 9:30 P.M. on November 13, 2025.

The consolidated financial results show a total income of INR 35,152.338 lakhs for the half year, with a profit after tax of INR 3,282.765 lakhs. Basic and diluted earnings per share for the consolidated entity were INR 14.308. These consolidated results include seven subsidiaries and joint ventures, all reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the board of directors on November 13, 2025. The statutory auditors have issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated financial results.

The company operates in a single segment as per Ind AS 108 and has adopted proportionate consolidation for its joint control arrangements in the current financial year in accordance with Ind AS 111. All figures for previous periods have been regrouped or reclassified for consistent presentation.
