Shivalik Bimetal reports strong Q2, H1 financial growth

Shivalik Bimetal Controls Limited (SBCL) reported an 8.09% year-on-year increase in Q2 FY26 standalone revenue from operations to ₹118.42 crore, with half-yearly revenue rising 8.46% to ₹235.12 crore. Gross margin expanded by 248 basis points to 49.82% in Q2, while profit after tax (PAT) grew by 10.03% to ₹20.88 crore. Consolidated PAT for H1 FY26 increased by 26.42% to ₹47.37 crore.

The company's investor presentation highlights its transition to a multi-site engineered-materials partner, serving over 300 OEMs/Tier-1s across 38 countries. Shunt resistor revenue increased by 10.72% year-on-year in Q2 FY26 to ₹58.96 crore, while bimetal revenue grew by 5.62% to ₹59.46 crore. Shunts now contribute 50% of total business in value terms. SBCL also announced the establishment of Shivalik Bimetals Europe SRL in Italy as a wholly-owned subsidiary during FY25.
