SBI Mutual Fund raises stake in Deepak Fertilisers above 5% threshold

SBI Mutual Fund, through its various schemes, acquired an additional 209,600 equity shares of Deepak Fertilizers & Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd on November 11, 2025. This acquisition, executed via a market purchase, increased SBI Mutual Fund's total holding to 6,348,107 shares.

The new holding represents 5.0287% of Deepak Fertilizers' paid-up share capital, surpassing the 5% substantial acquisition threshold. Before this transaction, SBI Mutual Fund's stake stood at 4.8627% with 6,138,507 shares. The equity shares of Deepak Fertilizers & Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd have a face value of ₹10 each.

The total equity share capital of Deepak Fertilizers remains at ₹1,262,378,250, comprising 126,237,825 equity shares. The disclosure was made to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
