Saraswati Commercial (India) Limited has published its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The company reported a consolidated net profit after tax of INR 8,388.04 Lakhs for the six months ended September 30, 2025, a substantial increase from INR 6,332.45 Lakhs in the prior year. The consolidated total income for the half-year reached INR 10,474.38 Lakhs.

On a standalone basis, the company also saw impressive growth, with net profit after tax for the six months ending September 30, 2025, at INR 8,388.19 Lakhs, up from INR 6,332.58 Lakhs year-over-year. Total standalone income for the half-year stood at INR 10,474.04 Lakhs.

Basic and diluted earnings per share (not annualised) for the six months ended September 30, 2025, were INR 836.66 on both a standalone and consolidated basis. These results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors on November 12, 2025.
