Religare Enterprises reports mixed Q3 2025 results, standalone loss

Religare Enterprises Limited reported a standalone net loss of INR (1,012.19) lakhs for the half year ended September 30, 2025, compared to a net profit of INR 941.42 lakhs for the same period in 2024. Total standalone income for the half year ended September 30, 2025, increased to INR 1,069.90 lakhs from INR 3,099.72 lakhs in the previous year.

On a consolidated basis, the company reported a net profit of INR 9,524.77 lakhs for the half year ended September 30, 2025, which was unchanged from the corresponding period in 2024. Total consolidated revenue from operations for the half year was INR 3,92,559.30 lakhs, an increase from INR 3,66,140.45 lakhs reported in the previous year.

The company's board of directors approved these results on November 13, 2025. Religare Enterprises also allotted 1,01,000 equity shares during the quarter through an employee stock option plan, increasing its paid-up equity capital to INR 33,075.47 lakhs as of September 30, 2025.
