Page Industries declares ₹125 interim dividend, total now ₹275 for FY26

Page Industries Limited has declared a second interim dividend of ₹125 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26. The record date for this interim dividend is set for November 19, 2025, with payment scheduled on or before December 12, 2025. This follows a previous interim dividend of ₹150 declared on August 07, 2025, bringing the total interim dividends for the financial year to ₹275 per equity share.

For the quarter ended September 30, 2025, the company reported a profit before tax of ₹26,106.85 lakhs and a profit for the period of ₹19,476.01 lakhs. Basic earnings per equity share for the quarter were ₹174.62.

For the six months ended September 30, 2025, the profit before tax stood at ₹53,128.29 lakhs, and the profit for the period was ₹39,555.64 lakhs. Total revenue from operations for the six-month period reached ₹2,60,741.93 lakhs.
