Nova Agritech appoints Lakshmi Satish Tata as chief financial officer

Nova Agritech Limited has appointed Lakshmi Satish Tata as its new chief financial officer, effective November 13, 2025. This decision was made by the company's board of directors following recommendations from the nomination and remuneration committee and the audit committee. Tata is not related to any director, key managerial personnel, or promoter of the company.

Tata brings over 20 years of experience as a finance professional, having held senior roles in financial operations, working capital management, and overseeing finance and accounts for both private and public-sector undertakings. A chartered accountant with a B. Com degree from Sri Acharya Nagarjuna University, his expertise spans financial audits, regulatory compliance, strategic financial insights, and cross-functional collaborations.

Prior to joining Nova Agritech, Tata served as finance head at Ravindra Bharathi Schools. His professional background also includes roles as assistant manager at S&P Global Market Intelligence and business tax analyst at IBSN Inc.
