Kothari Products reports strong profit growth for half year

Kothari Products Limited reported a standalone profit of ₹3,013 Lacs for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, and ₹3,557 Lacs for the six months ended the same date. This represents a substantial increase compared to the previous year, where the standalone profit for the six months ended September 30, 2024, was ₹3,376 Lacs. Revenue from operations for the quarter stood at ₹8,930 Lacs, contributing to a total income of ₹12,482 Lacs for the quarter and ₹20,021 Lacs for the six-month period.

On a consolidated basis, the company achieved a profit of ₹399 Lacs for the quarter and ₹2,524 Lacs for the six months ended September 30, 2025. This contrasts with a loss of ₹12,012 Lacs for the quarter and ₹11,485 Lacs for the six months ended September 30, 2024. Consolidated revenue from operations reached ₹28,286 Lacs for the quarter and ₹53,127 Lacs for the six-month period. Total consolidated assets as of September 30, 2025, were ₹1,53,049 Lacs. The results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors.
