Karur Vysya Bank to host investor and analyst meet

Karur Vysya Bank Limited will hold an institutional investors and analysts meet on November 19, 2025. The "Avendus Spark Annual Investor Conference," organized by Spark Institutional Equities Private Limited, will take place at the Grand Hyatt in Kalina, Mumbai, and include both physical-group and one-to-one meetings.

The purpose of the meet is to facilitate interaction with institutional investors and analysts, as required by Regulation 30(6) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The bank confirms that only publicly available documents will be referred to during discussions, and no unpublished price sensitive information or material information will be shared.
