Inox Wind secures 100 MW order for Gujarat wind projects

Inox Wind Limited (IWL) has secured a 100 MW equipment supply order from a leading green energy transition platform. The order includes the supply of IWL's 3.3 MW turbines for projects in Gujarat, along with limited scope EPC services and multi-year operations & maintenance (O&M) services post-commissioning. This new contract contributes to IWL's total order inflow for FY26, reaching approximately 400 MW to date, with further orders expected.

According to Sanjeev Agarwal, chief executive of Inox Wind Ltd, the company anticipates additional orders, which are expected to ensure the year-end net order book meets its execution guidance for the next 18-24 months. IWL, a fully integrated player in the wind energy market, operates four manufacturing plants in Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, and Madhya Pradesh, and boasts a manufacturing capacity of approximately 2.5 GW per annum with its 3 MW series WTG offering.

This order highlights Inox Wind's continued growth in the hybrid renewables space in India. Its subsidiary, Inox Green Energy Services Ltd., manages a portfolio of approximately 12.5 GW of assets, while Inox Renewable Solutions provides EPC services and develops common infrastructure for renewable projects.
