Independent director resigns from PTC India board

Arabandi Venu Prasad has resigned from the board of PTC India Ltd. as an independent director, effective November 13, 2025. The resignation was tendered via a letter dated November 13, 2025.

Mr. Prasad's resignation stems from his recent appointment as member (technical) of the GST Appellate Tribunal. He stated this is a full-time engagement preventing him from continuing his role as independent director at PTC India. He confirmed there are no other material reasons for his resignation beyond those stated in his letter.

PTC India will disclose this information pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, and SEBI Master Circular dated November 11, 2024. The company will also host the information on its official website, www.ptcindia.com.
