ICICI Bank allots over 1.2m equity shares under employee scheme

ICICI Bank has allotted 1,271,557 equity shares, each with a face value of Rs.2, under its employees stock option scheme-2000. The allotment was effective on November 13, 2025.

This allocation was approved by two executive directors on November 13, 2025. The decision was made possible by the power delegated by the bank's board of directors during a meeting held on October 21, 2023.

Chetan Vithal Pawar, associate leadership team, signed the announcement for ICICI Bank Limited. The communication was addressed to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
