Gita renewable energy reports net loss for quarter, half-year

Gita Renewable Energy Limited announced the approval of its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The company reported a net loss of INR -8.86 lakhs for the quarter and INR -16.28 lakhs for the half-year. This followed total expenses of INR 9.97 lakhs for the quarter and INR 17.38 lakhs for the half-year. Revenue from operations remained at INR 0.00 lakhs for both periods, with other income contributing INR 1.10 lakhs. The company's paid-up equity share capital remained constant at INR 411.23 lakhs.

The financial results were reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the board of directors on November 12, 2025. The results were subject to a limited review by M/s.
