Genesys International reports strong Q2, half-year 2025 performance

Genesys International Corporation's board of directors approved its unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The company reported a standalone profit before tax of ₹840.06 Lakhs for the quarter, a notable increase from ₹2,232.91 Lakhs in the same quarter of the previous year. Revenue from operations for the quarter stood at ₹5,992.12 Lakhs.

For the half year ended September 30, 2025, the standalone profit before tax was ₹2,691.46 Lakhs, with revenue from operations reaching ₹12,734.58 Lakhs. Basic earnings per share on a standalone basis for the quarter was ₹1.47, and for the half year, it was ₹4.73.

The consolidated results also reflect strong performance, with a profit before tax of ₹1,511.25 Lakhs for the quarter and ₹2,727.27 Lakhs for the half year ended September 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations for the quarter was ₹7,694.64 Lakhs, and for the half year, it was ₹14,781.40 Lakhs.
