CM Airtime Promotion LLP, a promoter group entity, acquired 10,000 equity shares of Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd. on November 12, 2025, through an open market transaction. This disclosure was made in compliance with SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Take-Overs) Regulations, 2011.
