Adani subsidiary to acquire 100% stake in AGHPort

Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Limited, has executed a share purchase agreement on November 12, 2025. This agreement is with AGHPort Aviation Services Private Limited (AGHPort) and Indo Thai Airport Management Services Private Limited for the acquisition of a 100% stake in AGHPort.

The transaction, confirmed on November 13, 2025, will result in AGHPort becoming entirely owned by AAHL. Neither Adani Enterprises Limited nor AAHL currently holds any shares in AGHPort. The equity seller is not part of Adani's promoter or promoter group.
