Wipro allots shares after employees exercise ESOPs

Wipro Limited announced the allotment of 159,545 equity shares on November 12, 2025. This allotment follows employees exercising their Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs).

Specifically, 47,152 equity shares were allotted under the ADS Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004, and an additional 112,393 equity shares were allotted under the Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2007.
