Vedant Fashions names Aman Gupta chief retail officer

Vedant Fashions Limited has announced the appointment of Aman Kumar Gupta as its chief retail officer, effective November 13, 2025. This decision, approved by the board of directors on November 12, 2025, follows a recommendation from the nomination and remuneration committee. Gupta will also assume the role of senior managerial personnel (SMP) within the company.

In his new capacity, Aman Kumar Gupta will be responsible for overseeing the company's retail operations and managing international business. His role will also include handling other related strategic activities as part of a full-time employment term.
