Uravi Defence reports unaudited financial results for half-year to September 30

Uravi Defence and Technology Ltd. (formerly Uravi T and Wedge Lamps Limited) has published its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. For the standalone results, total income for the half-year stood at INR 1,913.33 lakh, with a net profit after tax of INR 76.66 lakh. Basic earnings per share (EPS) for the half-year was INR 0.68.

On a consolidated basis, the company reported a total income of INR 2,277.11 lakh for the half-year. The consolidated net profit after tax for the same period was INR 48.30 lakh, and the basic EPS was INR 0.45. These results were published in the "Business Standard" and "Navakal" newspapers on November 12, 2025.

The company's paid-up equity share capital remained at INR 1,136.00 lakh for both standalone and consolidated reporting, with a face value of INR 10 per share. Kaushik Damji Gada, whole-time director & CFO, signed the announcement on November 12, 2025.
