Sical Logistics reports Q2 2025 profit reversal, re-appoints director

Sical Logistics Limited reported a standalone profit of ₹994 lakhs for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, compared to a loss of ₹631 lakhs in the preceding quarter. The half-yearly standalone profit reached ₹363 lakhs, a significant improvement from a loss of ₹2,638 lakhs in the same period last year. Revenue from operations for the quarter stood at ₹3,663 lakhs.

On a consolidated basis, the company posted a profit of ₹1,305 lakhs for the quarter, reversing a loss of ₹304 lakhs in the previous quarter. The consolidated half-yearly profit for September 30, 2025, was ₹1,002 lakhs, compared to a loss of ₹2,363 lakhs in the prior year. Total consolidated income for the quarter was ₹11,944 lakhs. The results also reflect a profit of ₹2,854 lakhs from the sale of land, included in other income for the quarter.

The Board of Directors also approved the re-appointment of Seshadri Rajappan as a whole-time director for three consecutive years, effective from January 11, 2026, to January 10, 2029, pending shareholder approval.
