Shriram Properties reports net loss in Q2 2025 but consolidated profit

Shriram Properties Limited reported a standalone net loss of ₹926 lakhs for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, a decrease from a profit of ₹185 lakhs in the same quarter of the previous year. Total standalone income for the quarter reached ₹8,671 lakhs. For the half-year ended September 30, 2025, the standalone net loss was ₹1,821 lakhs.

On a consolidated basis, the company registered a net profit of ₹857 lakhs for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, with total consolidated income at ₹22,901 lakhs. The consolidated net profit for the half-year ended September 30, 2025, stood at ₹2,916 lakhs.

The company noted a search operation by the Enforcement Directorate in October 2024, stating that no communication has been received regarding findings and reiterating no implication for the company or its entities. The financial results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors on November 12, 2025.
