Shree Cement fully commissions Rajasthan integrated plant

Shree Cement Limited has fully commissioned its integrated cement plant in Tehsil Jaitaran, District Beawar, Rajasthan. The company announced the commissioning of its Cement Mill, with a capacity of 3.0 MTPA, on November 12, 2025. This follows an earlier communication on September 30, 2025, regarding the commissioning of the Clinkerisation Unit, which has a capacity of 3.65 MTPA, at the same location.

In a related development, Shree Cement also informed the exchanges of an upcoming postal ballot for the appointment of Chandra Kumar Dhanuka as a non-executive independent director for a five-year term, effective October 28, 2025. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval via a special resolution, with remote e-voting commencing on November 13, 2025, and concluding on December 12, 2025.

Dhanuka, aged 71, is a B. Com (Hons.) graduate with over five decades of industry experience. He is currently an independent director of Emami Limited and executive chairman of Dhunseri Ventures Ltd, among other directorships. The nomination cum remuneration committee confirmed his capabilities for the role, citing his experience in strategic planning, business/industry understanding, and financial/marketing strategy.
