Saraswati Commercial reports strong half-year earnings growth

Saraswati Commercial (India) Ltd. has reported its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. For the six months ended September 30, 2025, the company's standalone total income reached INR 10,474.04 Lakhs, with a net profit after tax of INR 8,388.19 Lakhs. This represents a substantial increase compared to the previous half-year, which saw total income of INR 7,541.58 Lakhs and net profit after tax of INR 5,341.12 Lakhs for the year ended March 31, 2025.

The consolidated financial results also reflected strong performance, with total income for the six months ending September 30, 2025, reported as INR 10,474.38 Lakhs and a net profit after tax of INR 8,388.04 Lakhs. Earnings per share (basic, not annualised) for the six months stood at INR 836.66.

The board of directors approved these results during their meeting on November 12, 2025. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified report on the limited review of these financial statements.
