RHI Magnesita India reports record Q2 performance with revenue over ₹1,000 crore

RHI Magnesita India Limited announced record performance for the second quarter ended September 30, 2025, with revenue from operations reaching ₹1,035 crore, an 8% increase quarter-over-quarter. The company also reported a 9% quarter-over-quarter growth in shipment volumes, totaling 141 KT.

EBITDA for Q2 FY26 stood at ₹111 crore, marking a 7% rise from the previous quarter, while profit after tax increased by 9% quarter-over-quarter to ₹38 crore. Parmod Sagar, chairman, MD & CEO, highlighted the company's strengthening market position across segments and consistent value delivery, despite persistent market challenges.

The company issued a corrigendum to its previous press release, clarifying that the reported financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2025, were "unaudited consolidated financial results," correcting a clerical error. This correction does not impact other details of the original intimation.
